3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)PHHappy may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
PHHappy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). PHHappy does not accept cash deposits or payments through third-party agents.
4.2 Deposit ConditionsDeposits are credited to your PHHappy account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. PHHappy does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal ConditionsWithdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified PHHappy account details. PHHappy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. PHHappy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Anti-Money LaunderingPHHappy is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), where required by law.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. Ensure your KYC documents are submitted and approved to avoid delays in receiving your winnings.

6.4 Sports BettingSports betting markets on PHHappy, including PBA, NBA, UFC, Table Tennis, and other events, are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type. Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. PHHappy's decision on the settlement of all sports bets is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PHHappy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the PHHappy platform — including but not limited to the PHHappy brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of PHHappy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PHHappy platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any PHHappy content without our prior written consent.
PHHappy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the PHHappy platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
PHHappy implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when using any internet-based service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHHappy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the PHHappy platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
PHHappy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHHappy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PHHappy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
PHHappy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In such cases, PHHappy may forfeit any balance in your account.
11.2 Voluntary ClosureYou may request the closure of your PHHappy account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
11.3 Self-ExclusionPlayers who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting PHHappy support. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHHappy platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact PHHappy's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. PHHappy will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
PHHappy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the PHHappy platform.
The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the PHHappy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
